Frank Caris, a seasoned executive with an ML in Business Law & Intellectual Property from Leiden University, and an MBA from the Simon School (Rochester, NY) and Erasmus University, brings deep strategic and international experience to the Senergetics Advisory Board.
With a career spanning major U.S. tech hubs (Los Angeles, Boston, New York, Dallas, and Silicon Valley), Frank has led businesses at the intersection of semiconductors, sensor technology, and AI. In 2007, he joined dpiX as interim CEO, transforming its Colorado Springs facility into the largest A-Si semiconductor fab outside Asia.
As former CEO, President, and Board Member of dpiX, Frank has a proven track record in business turnaround and advanced manufacturing. Now based in Colorado Springs, he continues to advise companies as a fractional CEO, Chairman, and Board Member across sectors. He also serves as the Honorary Consul of the Netherlands for Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming, and contributes to several civic and state-level initiatives, making him a valuable strategic advisor to Senergetics.
Efua Odunton is an international energy executive with over 20 years of leadership across the upstream, midstream, and downstream segments of the energy value chain, as well as industrial services and energy transition initiatives. She has held senior roles in both publicly listed and privately held companies across Europe, the US, and West Africa, leading complex operations, multi-country expansions, and organizational transformation.
Known for building and scaling businesses from the ground up, Efua has led market entry strategies, launched commercial platforms, and delivered growth in highly regulated, high-stakes environments. She has forged strategic partnerships across the stakeholder spectrum — from global operators and investors to government bodies and local enterprise partners — helping unlock markets and long-term value.
As an Advisory Board Member at Senergetics, she brings operational depth, strategic insight, and a strong delivery record. Her focus is on helping sharpen the company’s commercial strategy, accelerate traction, and build trusted industry relationships through its transition from early adoption and into long-term market scale.
Stephan-F. Reichinger is a civil engineer who studied at the University of Bochum. He is a certified TIPCHECK Expert (Level 3) and FROSIO Insulation Inspector (Level 3). His career began in 2006 at the ROCKWOOL Group, where he continues to provide technical support and consulting for clients. With over 20 years of experience in building physics, energy efficiency, insulation technology, software development, and fire protection, he brings extensive expertise to the Senergetics Advisory Board.
Stephan is recognized globally as an expert in evaluating and optimizing insulation systems, particularly with regard to the risk of corrosion under insulation (CUI). He is deeply committed to continuous learning, has contributed to several patents, and actively participates in various standards and technical committees focused on energy efficiency and heat loss calculation.
Since 2022, he has also been working part-time alongside his permanent role at ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation as an independent consultant through his own engineering and expert office, specializing in insulation systems for industrial facilities. At Senergetics, he contributes his strategic expertise to help solve complex technical challenges and drive innovation in sustainable industrial practices.
