We’re excited to share that Senergetics has been featured in Europoort Kringen, a leading Dutch media platform covering industrial B2B innovation. The article, published last Friday (01-08), highlights how we are revolutionizing Asset Health Management for the process industries with IoT sensors and AI-powered analytics.
The piece explores the key benefits of our solution compared to traditional inspection methods. For instance, in addition to quickly and accurately identifying Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI), our non-invasive IoT sensors, combined with smart algorithms, also detect real-time leaks and insulation performance issues. This approach can reduce inspection costs by up to 60% while significantly improving accuracy and operational safety.
As part of the feature, Frank Jacobs, Senergetics’ co-founder and CEO, shared how our technology works:
“What we do is continuously monitor the pipes. We place small sensors, about four centimeters in diameter, on the pipes. This can be done by simply placing them on the outside of the aluminum cover, without having to penetrate it. No processes need to be disrupted, and anyone can do it. The sensors will then last for at least ten years. We've paid close attention to making the process as simple as possible.”
