We’re excited to announce that Senergetics has been selected as a finalist for the Female Tech Heroes Awards in the category Corporate Inclusion. This recognition holds special meaning for us, as building a diverse and inclusive environment has always been a fundamental part of who we are. With a female co-founder and CTO, Senergetics was built on the belief that innovation thrives when different perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds come together.
What started as a small team is now growing into a truly multicultural and interdisciplinary group. Today, our team includes people from seven different countries, each bringing unique insights and expertise. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to fostering multiculturalism and gender balance, always encouraging diverse voices.
Being named a finalist reinforces that we’re moving in the right direction, not only in our technology but also in the values that shape how we work. We’re grateful for this recognition and inspired by the many companies and individuals dedicated to making tech more inclusive. This nomination motivates us to keep raising the bar, strengthening our culture, and building a future where everyone feels welcome at the table.
