Sales Engineer – Processing Industry

Senergetics develops innovative sensor solutions that support the energy industry in its transition toward a more sustainable future. To help us grow, we’re seeking an experienced Sales Engineer who can establish strong, long-term relationships with clients in the processing industry and effectively communicate the value of our technology in a clear and engaging manner.

What you’ll do

• Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing

• Understand our technology and communicate its benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate closely with our technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions to clients’ needs
• Identify and approach potential clients, focusing on developing lasting partnerships
• Managing existing contracts and driving proactive business growth
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and processes
• Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services, sales techniques, and industry best practices

What we’re looking for

• 3 to 7 years of sales experience, ideally in the processing industry
• Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads and track sales activities
• Strong communication skills: you can translate complex technology into clear value propositions
• Fluency in English and (preferably) Dutch and/or German
• A collaborative, curious attitude: you’re a good listener and enjoy working with different teams
• Possession of a valid driver’s license to enable travel to customer sites and events
• Willingness to travel as required by the role
• Based in the Netherlands, ideally in the Eindhoven region

Inspired by sensing technology, we're tackling energy spillage and corrosion under insulation (CUI) in the process industry.

October 2023 marked a significant milestone with seed funding from DeepTechXL, empowering us to expand operations and drive further advancements.
